Building a Minimalist Grooming Routine for the Gym

Keep Your Gym Bag Light
Packing for the gym often results in a heavy bag filled with half-empty plastic bottles of body wash, face cleanser, and shampoo. Building a minimalist routine means selecting a few high-quality, multi-purpose items that travel efficiently and get the job done without clutter.
The Core Setup
You can replace three or four liquid bottles with just two botanical items from J.N HERBACEOUS:
1. The All-in-One Wash: No03 or No04 Soap
A single 100g cold process botanical soap can serve as your face wash, body wash, and even hair wash (if you choose to wash your hair at the gym). Depending on how much you sweat and your skin type, choose the No03 Nourishing bar for a gentler, more moisturizing feel, or the No04 Ink Jade bar for a stronger cleansing feel.
Crucial Travel Note: Your soap comes with an aluminum tin, but this is for dry storage only. If you use the soap at the gym, allow it to drain and dry before closing it in the tin. At home, take it out of the bag and let it dry fully in open air.
2. The Quick Anchor: No01 Scalp Mist
For a separate leave-in scalp-care step, keep the 75ml No01 Anchoring Mist in your bag. Because it is an aqua and ethanol-based mist, it is a light-textured option for a dry scalp. You can apply it after your shower once you have blow-dried your roots, or use it to refresh a completely dried scalp on days you choose not to wash your hair.
