2. I have fine hair. Which should I choose, and how do I avoid getting oil on my hair strands?

Fine hair does well with either option, but No01's light water base makes it a very easy starting point. If you choose the oil-based No02, the key is precise application: part your hair clearly to expose the scalp, apply a small amount directly to the skin, and massage gently with your fingertips. This keeps the care focused on your scalp where it belongs, rather than coating your hair.

3. How do I apply No02 Flourishing Elixir? Do I wash it out?

No02 is a leave-in treatment, so there is no need to rinse it out. Apply it to a clean, dry scalp after washing your hair (daily washing is not required). 4. Is No01 Anchoring Mist good for a quick refresh between washes during the day?

Yes, No01 is designed to be applied to a dry scalp during the morning or daytime. Just section your hair, spray directly onto the scalp (avoiding the eyes), and leave it in. However, please note that it is a water-based scalp care mist, not a dry shampoo—it will not absorb oil or replace your normal hair washing routine.

5. What are the full INCI ingredient lists for No.01 and No.02? Are they silicone-free?

Neither bar contains synthetic fragrance or parfum. Both No.03 and No.04 carry a quiet, natural herbaceous aroma reminiscent of wet moss and aged cedar, derived purely from their botanical formulation ; the wet-moss character does not involve harvesting wild moss.

8. How do I stop my botanical soap bar from getting soft or mushy in the shower?

Because we omit synthetic chemical hardeners, natural glycerin-rich bars will soften if left sitting in standing water. Between daily showers, rest your bar on an open, slatted soap dish outside the direct shower spray.
