We want you to understand the return process before purchasing.

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Starting a return

Email jnherbaceous@gmail.com before sending an item. Include your order number and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide the return authorization and return-address instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for using a trackable service. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Damage or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so that we can assess the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you after an approved return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund, less a 3.5% restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Cancellations and exceptions

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment has started. Gift cards and items expressly marked final sale are not returnable, except where required by law.
