Shipping rates

Standard shipping is USD $15. Standard shipping is free for orders of USD $120 or more after discounts and before taxes. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather and remote destinations may cause delays.

If an order is materially delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you at the email address provided with the order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent after the order is dispatched. Tracking may take additional time to begin displaying movement.

Addresses

Please review the shipping address before completing checkout. Contact jnherbaceous@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Duties and import charges

Unless duties, taxes or import charges are expressly shown as included at checkout, any such charges assessed by a government or carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, damaged or incorrect shipments

Contact jnherbaceous@gmail.com within 7 days after delivery if a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs of the parcel and affected item. For a shipment that appears lost, contact us after the carrier's estimated delivery window has passed so that we can investigate.
